The numbers are robotically calculated subsequent to every line within the doc, and may be configurable for the whole doc, a web page or a particular part. Furthermore, these numbers are preserved when printing.
This characteristic makes it simpler for customers to reference particular content material positions in paperwork, significantly when collaborating with others on lengthy or complicated content material.
The brand new characteristic is at the moment rolling out to all Google Workspace prospects and customers with private Google Accounts.
